This scrubber is 9.5" inches long and weighs 1 pound 4.8 oz (with batteries installed). It runs on four AA batteries which are NOT included in the package. It comes with 4 types of nylon brushes.
The brush did a reasonable job - it cleaned a variety of dirt spots without scratching the surface. It is not too heavy and the handle is well balanced.
On the other hand it did not remove some very tough old stains. I could not remove them by hand either, so perhaps it is unfair to expect it to be able to handle it. It is less work than doing it by hand, but it is not magic, it is not going to do better than what can be done by hand.
