NyQuil has always been my go-to medication, but I have recently developed high blood pressure. I was happy to see this version of it. It is missing a decongestant. Decongestants relieve nasal swelling by narrowing blood vessels in the nose. This narrowing can also affect other blood vessels, which can increase blood pressure. It also does not have sugar and alcohol, which is helpful for high blood pressure.
