The serving size is three caplets which deliver 1000 mg of Calcium. My doctor recommends 1200 mg daily, so 1000 mg is on the low end. It also contains 400 mg of Magnesium and 15 mg of Zinc.
Purchased in July 2022, Expiration date May 2025.
The price per tablet is reasonable, but since the amount is low, I alternate it with another Calcium vitamin which gives me a large amount of Calcium.
