I never purchased a coffee brick before. I was not sure exactly what will it look like when I opened it up. Turns out it is just finely ground coffee, and it feels like a brick because it is vacuum packed. Once I opened it, it was like any other ground coffee. I moved it to a coffee canaster as the packaging did not have enough material to reclose it tightly after opening it.
This espresso roast is strong but not bitter. It smells great. I like it.
