This is a powder to make a drink with laxative results using Polyethylene Glycol as an active ingredient. The flavor is okay (orange-like flavor). The bottle is large - 8 inches tall. The bottle's cap is a measuring cup (white line inside of the cap). The instruction state to use it with 4 or 8 oz of water. Water can be hot, cold, or room temperature. Bowel movement is produced in 1 to 3 days. I find this powder helpful for an occasional problem, but note that it is not for regular use. The powder should not be used more than 7 days in a row.
