This solution might work okay for small things, but laminating an 8"x11" page of paper is very difficult. You need to use two sheets: first, attaching it to one side of the page, and then attaching the second laminating sheet to the other side of the same page. It is very difficult to align the laminating sheets precisely. In addition, small air bubbles remain throughout. Much, much, much worse than a real lamination machine. Maybe good enough for child play, but for essential papers that adults will see.
