This cream comes in a 4" tube. It is made in Ireland. It has two main ingredients, niacinamide and arbutin. Both ingredients lighten the skin but require a certain concentration to be effective. Neither the box nor the Amazon concentration of either of the main ingredients. I asked a question on the product page a week ago about the concentration of ingredients and did not get a response.
While studies show kojic acid is more effective than alpha-arbutin for lightening skin pigments, the kojic acid breaks down easily. It is prone to oxidize, which means that the acid is sensitive to air, heat, and light. The oxidation makes the ingredient less effective as time flies, and this makes it hard to store. Arbutin is more stable.
However, I found references that state that the use of arbutin in cosmetics has been banned since 2001 because of the high risk of carcinogenesis in case of prolonged exposure. You might want to check with your doctor before starting a regiment using it.
You can find it on Amazon by following this link.
