Product review: Kanro Assorted Hard Candy Pack with 8 Flavors (Apple, Grape, Mikan, Peach, Lemon, Strawberry, Melon, Muscat)

These candies are shipped from Japan and I had to wait 29 days before they arrived.  Amazon delivery estimate  is 10 to 20 days (on the legal disclaimer under description), so my package too significantly longer and I was getting a little nervous that I will never see them because the seller did not provide tracking information...  However, when they finally arrived they were worth the wait. 

The package has 38 individually wrapped candies.  I liked every one of the eight fruit flavors.  I thought they were unique and very pleasant.  I really like these candies and plan to buy them again.

Product review: Clorts Women's Mid Hiking Boot Waterproof

Several months ago I got Clorts short hiking boots and they were so comfortable I decided to get the taller hiking boot version of the same shoe. I got size 8.5 in both, surprisingly this shoe was a bit larger.  I like wearing very thick socks when hiking, so I still got a comfortable fit with them, but this is something to be aware of - they boots run a bit larger than the standard sizing. 

The boots have a comfortable mold and good arch support. Their soles have good traction, the height of the book provides support for ankle when I hike. Each boot weighs 1 pound 0.8 oz. They made out of Cow Suede leather and nylon textile. The toe is reinforced with hard plastic. The boot is waterproof.

The back of the boot has a loop which makes it easier to pull the boots over the thick socks.  The last two loops of the laces goes over the metal anchors so it gives a good strong hold.

I was pleased with how the boots were package, they stuffed with paper so they were not deformed in shopping.

Product review: PediFix Visco-Gel Toe Spacers - 2 Spacers, Pack of 2

My small toe rubs again the forth toe and gives me painful blisters. These toe separators did not work for me. They slipped off the toe, they were not comfortable.  After trying it for about a week I threw them out.

I found a better solution that works for me.  I use BodyGlide or FootGlide. to put between my toes.  They now glide against it each other rather than rub, and I don't have any blisters.

This saved me a lot of pain, I wish I knew of it earlier. I hope this solution will help someone else with a similar problem.

Product review: Kranicell Bifida Moisturizing Skincare Serum

I heard a lot about Korean skin care and I decided to try it.  I like it!  I use this serum mostly under my eyes, where the skin looks tired and some what darker.  I guess, this what they call under eye bags.  I apply a couple of drops twice a day massaging it gently. It is beginning to look better.

The serum is rich and viscous and most significantly to me it is totally scent free.  This means I can use it before bed otherwise scents prevent me from falling asleep fast. The cream is non-greasy and when I put it on it does not shine. The serum is absorbed quickly and I have no problem applying make up on top of it. I also use it under sunscreen.

The tub of serum comes in  is 1.7 oz glass bottle with an applicator.  Each application only takes a drop per each area so a small amount goes a long way.

Product review: Kranicell 100% Cotton Pads For Face

I like these pads better than cotton balls for removing make up and using with gauze on bleeding cuts.  The size of each pad is 2.36" x 1.96" x 0.12".  The outer shell is slightly abrasive and the inside is very soft and absorbent.

I keep them in the acrylic container shown in a picture, for size reference the acrylic container is 6" tall with 1" opening on one side.

Product review: GForce GF-P1177-598 Electric Can Opener with Knife Sharpener and Magnetic Lid Holder

Unfortunately, despite my best efforts I was not able to make this can opener work.  It pierced the can which means it was position correctly, however the motor was not strong enough to rotate the can and finish the job.  There is nothing wrong with the can, I had no problem opening it with a manual can opener so it is not defective in any way.

This is not a good can opener, I tried to make it work many times but all my efforts failed.
