Wonderful flavor - sweet, slightly bitter - that is good on its own or for decorating pastry. On its own I like it with tea, I use with unsweetened tea instead of sugar. For pastry decoration I cut it into thin slices to spread out the sweet and orangy flavor.
The orange peel comes double boxed and is soft and slightly chewy in flavor. I keep in the refrigerator and two week later it is still soft and good.
