Book review: Pilates for Beginners: The Essential Guide to Total Body Fitness



This short book has 33 pages of content which is text and not a single diagram or photo. The rest of the pages are dedication, disclaimers, promotions of the other books by the same author, table of content, and introduction.

Even if the text describing the exercises was good an exercise book that has no pictures or diagrams is not very helpful. This book was a big disappointment. This book is to hard to follow without photos for beginners, and too basic to follow for more advanced people.
